We get it, sometimes the items just aren’t what we think they are. So that’s why If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request a full refund to the original payment method. (SALE items are not included) *Any items on sale or in the SALE Category can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
If it is past the 7-days from delivery, you have up until 14-days from the date of delivery to exchange your items or get a store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn & undamaged and have all original tags attached.
Policy for Promotional Sale Events:
All items purchased during promotional sale event are available for a return for store credit or can be exchanged for another item within 14-days from the date of delivery.
Returns are a flat rate of $20 for Canada & the US. The cost will be deducted from your refund total. We will process a return label for you, and email it to you.
If you would rather provide your own label, this can be done just please provide this info in your email to us.
The Return & Exchange Process:
To start the process of a refund or exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then guide you through the process.
In the email please provide:
-reason for return or exchange
-item you wish to exchange for, and the size.
We respond to all emails within 24 hours.
If you are looking for an exchange in size or product, we will remove the piece from our website to ensure it is reserved for you.
We can only provide adjustments on pieces that were purchased within 7 days of a promotion or sale. If you notice that a piece is on sale that you just purchased at regular price, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide an adjustment. All adjustments will be refunded to your original payment method.
We are only able to provide cancellations on orders that have not yet been processed. If you have received a tracking number, this means your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you have any cancelation requests.
