All orders (not including pre-orders or made to order items) will be fulfilled within 48hours or less. (excluding holidays and weekends)

Pre-order and made to order items take longer and in certain cases time frames are out of our control. They can be delayed due to a number of reasons including manufacturing delays, shipping delays, holidays etc.

Poly Mailer: If you're looking to get just your product this option is for you. It's just your item(s) in a Ivory Sheep poly mailer and includes a handwritten card.

Full Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request a full refund to your original payment method or request an exchange.

Pre-Orders:

Items for pre-orders will not be available for cancellations. You can, however, request a full refund once you have received the item.
