Returns:
We do not offer full monetary refunds to original payment methods. Instead, we are happy to issue store credit or facilitate an exchange for eligible items.
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a return or exchange request. Just shoot us an email and we'll get you started with the process!
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return Window: Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 days.
- USA & International Note: Due to regional logistics and ongoing tariff disputes, exchanges are unavailable, you are welcome to return your item for store credit and place a new order. We are actively working to fix this, check back soon for updated policy changes!
