Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship from Ontario, Canada

  • Local currencies are converted from Canadian Dollars.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends, holidays, pre-orders, and made-to-order items). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Free Shipping Threshold:

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts) in Canada and $350 for all International orders.

Shipping Rates Domestic:

 

Canada:

  • Standard (4-8 Business Days): $20 or FREE over $150.

  • UPS Express (1-2 Business Days): $75

 

Shipping Rates International: (Duties & Taxes Included, DDP)

 

USA:

  • Flat Rate USA (4-8 Business Days): $25 or FREE over $350.

  • Express USA (1-2 Business Days): $100

Worldwide:

  • Standard International (4-8 Business Days): $45 or FREE over $350.

  • Express International (1-2 Business Days): $175

 

We ship using a variety of carriers, including but not limited to UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, USPS, APC, and PostNL.

 

Duties, Tariffs & Taxes:

 

All Ivory Sheep orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means that all applicable duties, taxes, VAT, and tariffs are included in the product price and paid in advance. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no surprise fees upon delivery.

This applies to:

  • United States orders
  • International orders outside of Canada

We’ve chosen this approach to ensure a smooth, transparent checkout experience, especially for international customers who prefer a single, all-inclusive price.

In rare cases, local courier or handling fees may be applied by the destination country or carrier. These fees are beyond our control and, if incurred, are the customer's responsibility. However, this is uncommon, and the vast majority of orders arrive without any additional charges.

 

Return Shipping:

 

Canada & USA:

  • We offer pre-paid return labels for a flat $35 fee, deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Your first exchange label is free; additional exchanges incur the same $35 fee.

  • You may also return items using your own tracked courier if you prefer.

Worldwide:

  • We currently do not offer pre-paid return labels outside of Canada and the U.S.

  • International customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping and provide tracking information.

  • Any duties or fees incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Shipping Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Insurance options are available in the bag or by searching "shipping insurance" on our site.

Once shipped, packages become the responsibility of the courier. While Ivory Sheep is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, we will gladly assist with claims and investigations. Please email info@ivorysheep.com if you need help.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Ivory Sheep is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

  • In the event of a missing package, we will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.
