All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
- Pricing on our site is set in USD, but you can checkout in your local currency. Exchange rates may vary day to day.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and any pre-order or made-to-order items).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

- Canada & USA: 4–8 business days
- International: 8–16 business days (or longer depending on customs)
For select international destinations, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout.
This means duties, taxes, and tariffs can be prepaid to help avoid customs delays.
Returns:
We accept returns on items as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Full priced pieces (15% off or less) are fully refunded to original payment.
- All other orders, including purchases during sale events are available for store credit unless marked as FINAL SALE.
Canada & USA
You have two return options:
- Use your own tracked courier.
- Request a prepaid label from us. The label fee is $35, deducted from your refund or store credit.
Your first exchange is free.
Additional exchanges will have the same $35 return label fee.
International (Outside Canada & USA)
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
If any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are charged to Ivory Sheep when the return re-enters Canada (this is rare), these costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit regardless of whether you used a prepaid label or personal courier.
Important Notes:
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned once delivered.
- The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- made-to-order, custom or bespoke pieces, intimate apparel, and anything marked final sale.
All returns must be approved first.
Items sent back without approval will be treated as final sale.
