Pre-orders aren't available for refunds while in production. Once you receive your pre-order item, you have 7-days to request a full refund from the date of delivery.

If the item was discounted because of a sale event, is made to order or marked FINAL SALE, these items are not available for returns or refunds.

Yes, we offer prepaid return labels for a flat fee of $30 USD, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

You can cancel or update your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, the item has left Ivory Sheep.
