Pre-Orders & Made to Order Products
The prices have changed why?
For pre-order and made to order items, our prices of these items may change due to costs of goods at the manufacturing and shipping level. Price increases or decreases will reflect in the MSRP price of our goods.
Since we do not keep any products on hand and all the products are small batch, we have to re-order. If the prices change, this is due to the cost of materials from our manufacturer increasing and or the cost of shipping or other world factors out of our control.
How long does it take to get these items?
We work as fast as we can with our manufacturer. The total time is usually around 30-45 business days.
Since the pieces we produce are so unique and have a lot of detail and sometimes a lot fabric, these take time to produce.
Orders
What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our payment provider - Shopify Payments.
We also have Buy Now Pay Later services. Sezzle and Afterpay.
Can I modify or cancel my online order after it has been placed?
You can modify or cancel your order by sending us an email at info@ivorysheep.com.
* If your order is a pre-order or made to order item these cannot be modified or cancelled. But they can be returned once you receive the item(s).
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides displayed on the product page. They’re located beside the available sizes for each of our products as a "?".
For our own Ivory Sheep Original Collections - there is a tab that leads to our Youtube channel that talks about size, details and fit for the product.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We know how important your pieces are to you and we want you to get them as quick as possible.
All orders (not including pre-orders or made to order items) will be fulfilled within 48hours or less. (excluding holidays and weekends)
Pre-order and made to order items take longer and in certain cases time frames are out of our control. They can be delayed due to a number of reasons including manufacturing delays, shipping delays, holidays etc.
Is it safe to provide my credit card information for online orders?
Absolutely! We use Shopify Payments as our main payment gateway. Shopify Payments stands out as a highly secure payment processing solution, ensuring utmost protection for your sensitive information during the checkout process.
With the implementation of advanced 128-bit SSL encryption technology, Shopify safeguards data integrity and confidentiality.
I need my order for a specific date, what are my options?
We completely get it! We have all had that panic moment where we needed something for a specific day or occasion! The best way to ensure your order gets to you as quick as possible is to select the fastest shipping option at checkout.

Sales Events & FINAL SALE
Am I able to return items purchased on sale?
Items purchased during a SALE Event are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
FINAL SALE items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns.

I purchased something earlier and now it's on sale, can I get an adjustment?
That is always the worst! Buying something full price only to see it's on sale the next day!
We don't think that's fair, so that's why we offer a 7-day grace period to adjust your price. Let us know your order details at info@ivorysheep.com
and we will adjust it right away!
How do I know if an item is final sale before purchasing?
The product will have a label on the product picture saying FINAL SALE or SALE.
The product will also have a disclaimer above the "add to cart" button saying it is a FINAL SALE or SALE item.
Shipping Questions
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
Ivory Sheep is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
We offer and encourage everyone to purchase shipping insurance with their order at checkout to protect your items.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
You can as long as we haven't already shipped out your order. visit our contact us page and send us an email request to change the address.
Unfortuneately if you received a tracking number already you will have to get in contact with the shipping carrier and see if you can change it on their end.
Do you offer free shipping? If so, what are the requirements?
We do! For customers residing in Canada and the USA we offer free shipping on orders of $250+
For the rest of world it is free on orders of $600+
Do you offer expedited shipping or rush delivery?
We do! For customers in Canada or USA, we offer a 1 business day shipping option at checkout. It is UPS Express.
How long until I receive my package once it has shipped?
Once your item has shipped, it all depends on the shipping choice you made at checkout.
Free shipping is generally 4-8 business days for Canada & USA. For International orders it varies from 10-30 business days.
Do you ship over seas?
Yes we do! Currently for our Canadian & US customers, free shipping is available on orders over $250+. Anywhere else is free shipping on orders $600+
Otherwise shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is a 7-day full refund from date of delivery!
Pre-orders and made to order items are only available for the 7-day refund once you receive your order.

Do you accept returns for all products?
We do! Except for items on SALE or labeled as FINAL SALE.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund?
You can! If your order hasn't shipped yet, visit the Contact Us page and send us an email to ask to swap the item. If there is a price difference we will either issue a refund or send an additional invoice for the difference in price.
If your order has shipped and you are located in Canada or the USA and would like to exchange an item, the shipping cost for your first exchange is free of charge!
If you need to exchange a second time we can provide you with a shipping label for a flat fee of $30 or you will need to go to the courier of your choice and ship it back to us at your own cost.
What is the process for returning an item?
Visit our Start A Return page and fill in the form on the page. It's that simple!
After receiving your request we will email you back within 24-48 business hours with next steps.
How long do I have to get a full refund?
You have 7-days from the date of delivery to request a full refund to your original payment method or to request an exchange.
If the item purchased was a Pre-Order or made to order item, no cancellations or refunds will issued until you physically receive the item, only then can you request a refund or an exchange. You have 7-days from the date of delivery to do so.
If the item purchased was a FINAL SALE item, no refunds will be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! If the item is not a FINAL SALE item or a pre-order or made to order item, and you haven't received a tracking number yet we can cancel it for you. Please contact us ASAP as we try to fufill our orders fast!

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
This is our worst fear and we hope this never happens, but we are human and unfortunately make mistakes every now and then.
If this happens to you please reach out to us at info@ivorysheep.com and let us know and we will do whatever it takes to make it right!
What condition should the item be in for it to be eligible for a return?
The item should be in the same condition you received it in! Items must be in their original condition, unworn & undamaged and have all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shipped back does not meet this criteria.
