Shipping:
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Prices on our website are listed in USD, and customers may checkout in their local currency, please note that prices may fluctuate daily based on exchange rates. Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-orders or made-to-order items). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping timelines vary by location: Canadian and U.S. orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days, while international orders may take 8–16 business days or longer depending on customs.
For non-Canadian residents, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping at checkout to select international countries, allowing duties, taxes, and tariffs to be prepaid for a smoother delivery experience.
At this time, DDP is not yet available for U.S. buyers — import duties and fees are determined by U.S. border services upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. We're actively working on a solution to offer DDP to our U.S. customers in the near future.
Returns:
We accept returns on full-priced items as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Canada & US:
If you're in Canada or the U.S., you can either ship your return using your own courier with tracking, or request a prepaid return label from us. The label fee is $35, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Your first exchange is free, and any additional exchanges will be subject to the same $35 fee.
International:
For international customers outside of Canada and the U.S., you are responsible for your own return shipping.
*Please note: Any return duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged to Ivory Sheep during re-import — while rare — will be deducted from your refund or store credit, even if you’ve used a prepaid label or third-party courier.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible to be returned once they are delivered. Please note that made-to-order, custom, bespoke, intimate apparel, and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns must be approved by our team in advance. Any items sent back without approval will be treated as final sale.
