Return Policy

Return Policy:
Please keep in mind that Ivory Sheep Clothing is a small business, and you are emailing a real person (not a robot). Any verbal or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.
If you are not satisfied with your order and you need to make a return, you have the option of a store credit or an exchange.
Ivory Sheep Clothing does not offer refunds for returns. You have a 7 day grace period from delivery (as per tracking date) to request a return.
No cancellations will be accepted! This includes pre-orders and made to order items! If the order is processed at checkout, you will only be offered an exchange or store credit.

Policy for Sale/Discounted Items & Custom Products:
All sale items and made to order items are FINAL SALE.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchanges.
Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code for 20% or more is considered FINAL SALE. This includes all discount promotions where the offer is more than 20%.
Lost/Undelivered Packages:
Once an order is shipped from Ivory Sheep Clothing, we are no longer responsible for the product and It then becomes the responsibility of the courier service.
If an item is lost, please contact the courier service with your tracking number to find out more information.
International Duties & Taxes:
Please note, customs, duty fees, and import COD fees, are not included in your purchase. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities.
All duties and fees for international customers (customers outside of Canada) are responsible for duties, taxes and any other costs that may be associated with the package.
We do not refund any costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Return Shipping:
Pre-paid labels are not available for returns both domestically and internationally. Customers are financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item (unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable for either of us).
This includes duties and other taxes or fees for returns from international customers!
A return tracking number must be provided, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.
The Return Process:
We will accept returns only on full priced stock items that reman in their original condition, unworn & undamaged within a 7 day grace period. Original tags must be attached and intact!

          The item(s) you wish to exchange or get store credit for.
  1. We will send you a follow up email with an address to send the package. A tracking number must be provided once the package has been sent back to us, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.
  1. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been accepted or not. *Garments that are returned with signs of wear (including original tags removed) will not be accepted and immediately returned to the customer.
  1. If the item is accepted for return, you will receive an email with your store credit. Or if it was an exchange, a tracking number will be emailed out.
