Full Refunds
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
- To qualify, items must:
- Be purchased at full price or with a discount of 15% or less.
- Be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
SALE Events
- Items purchased during a sale event are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- However, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Made To Order
- Pieces made to order are FINAL SALE. These pieces are made specifically to your measurements and specifications.
FINAL SALE
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
- Please note that items such as earrings, underwear, and other intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

Price Adjustments & Cancellations
Price Adjustments
- If an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, email us with your name, order number, and the item for adjustment.
- Adjustments are issued as store credit (no expiration).
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been processed yet.
- Once you receive a shipping confirmation, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Pre-orders and FINAL SALE items cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping Costs
Canada & USA
- Returns: Pre-paid labels cost $30 (deducted from your refund).
- Exchanges: The first exchange label is free. Additional exchange labels cost $30.
- You can also return items using your own courier (tracking info required).
International
- We currently do not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders.
- Customers must cover their own return shipping costs.
Duties & Taxes (Outside Of Canada)
International Duties & Taxes:
- Please note, that customs, duty fees, and import COD fees, are not included in your purchase. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities.
- If you are an international customer (customers outside of Canada) you may be charged duties on your purchase upon delivery. International shipments are shipped out with UPS and Canadapost.
- The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and any other costs that may be associated with the package. This includes duties charged to Ivory Sheep from accepting return packages and will be deducted from refund amount.
- Ivory Sheep Collection Limited Is not responsible for any of these costs. We do not refund any costs for customers who reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind.
If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact us at info@ivorysheep.com.
- We’ll assist by contacting the courier, investigating, and helping find a solution.
- However, Ivory Sheep is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
