Return Policy:
Please keep in mind that Ivory Sheep Clothing Ltd. is a small business, and you are emailing a real person (not a robot). Any verbal or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.

If you are not satisfied with your order and you need to make a return, You have a 7-day grace period from time of delivery to request a full refund to the original payment method for regular priced items.

If it is past the 7-days from delivery, you have up until 14-days from the date of delivery to exchange your items or get a store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn & undamaged and have all original tags attached.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted and refunded to the original payment method only if the order hasn't shipped (This includes Pre-Orders). If you receive an email with tracking and shipping information, we are unable to cancel the order. Once you receive the package,  See below for options.

Policy for Sale Category/Discounted Items & Custom Products:
Any made to order items are FINAL SALE!
Sale Category items are eligible for store credit or exchanges ONLY. You have 14-days from the date of delivery.

Policy for Promotional Sale Events:
All items purchased during promotional sale events are available for a return for store credit or can be exchanged for another item within 14-days from the date of delivery.

Lost/Undelivered Packages:
Once an order is shipped from Ivory Sheep Clothing, we are no longer responsible for the product and It then becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

If an item is lost, please contact the courier service with your tracking number to find out more information.

International Duties & Taxes:
Please note, customs, duty fees, and import COD fees, are not included in your purchase. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities.

All duties and fees for international customers (customers outside of Canada) are responsible for duties, taxes and any other costs that may be associated with the package.

We do not refund any duty costs for customers or costs for rejecting their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Return Shipping:
We are a Canadian based company and pre-paid labels are currently not available for returns both domestically and internationally.

Customers are financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item (unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable for either of us).

A return tracking number must be provided, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.

The Return Process:

1. Please include:
Your Full Name
Order Number
The item(s) you wish to return.

2. We will send you a follow up email with an address to send the package. A tracking number must be provided once the package has been sent back to us, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.

3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been accepted or not. *Garments that are returned with signs of wear (including original tags removed) will not be accepted and immediately returned to the customer. If the item is accepted for return, the email will contain information regarding the status of your refund, store credit or exchange.
