*Please keep in mind that Ivory Sheep Clothing Ltd. is a small business, and you are emailing a real person (not a robot). Any verbal or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.

Return Policy:

We get it, sometimes the items just aren’t what we think they are. So that’s why If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be in their original condition, unworn & undamaged and have all original tags attached. (SALE items are not included, see below!) 

Policy for Promotional Sale Events & Discounted Items:
All items purchased during promotional sale event and items discounted more than 20% are only eligible for store credit or can be exchanged for another item or size within 7-days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping - Domestic (Canada):

Our return labels are a flat rate of $30 for orders purchased domestically. The cost will be deducted from your refund total. We will process a return label for you, and email it to you. *Due to the increases in global gas prices, the costs of shipping has consequently gone up. We have now increased our flat rate return shipping from $20 to $30 to match our couriers prices. We are so sorry for the inconvenience! 

For exchanges, the first shipping cost is free on us! We will send you a return label via email. If you are still not satisfied with the product after the exchange and would like to return it or exchange it again. The shipping label will be a flat $30 charge.

If you would rather provide your own label, this can be done as well. Please provide this info in your email to us.

Return Shipping - USA/International:

Due to a change out of our control with our previous system. We are no longer able to provide international pre-paid shipping labels for returns or exchanges! We are terribly sorry about the inconvenience and are working hard to find a suitable replacement. Ivory Sheep Clothing Ltd. is not responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges!

Price Adjustments & Cancellations:

* We can only provide adjustments on pieces that were purchased within 7 days of a promotion or sale. If you notice that a piece is on sale that you just purchased at regular price, please email us at and we will be happy to provide an adjustment. All adjustments will be refunded to your original payment method.

* For cancellations, this is only eligible for orders that have not yet been processed. If you have received a tracking number, this means your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at with your order number if you have any cancelation requests. 


International Duties & Taxes:

Please note, customs, duty fees, and import COD fees, are not included in your purchase. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. If you are an international customer (customers outside of Canada) it is possible you will be charged duties on your purchase upon delivery. International shipments are shipped out with UPS and Canadapost.

The customer is responsible for duties, taxes and any other costs that may be associated with the package. We do not refund any costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

* Please keep this in mind when making an order outside of Canada! Currently Ivory Sheep Clothing is unable to show a duty estimate at checkout. We apologize for this inconvenience. 


Lost/Undelivered Packages:

Once an order is shipped from Ivory Sheep Clothing Ltd., we are no longer responsible for the product and It then becomes the responsibility of the courier service. Should your package get lost or stolen please reach out to us at 

We don't offer refunds on lost or stolen orders, BUT we do reach out to the couriers to start investigations, get more information and offer any assistance or solutions for you! We do love to help you through the entire process, and do anything to make sure you have a positive experience with us!
