Canada
Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Your first exchange is free as long as the replacement item is in stock. For made-to-order pieces in standard sizes, we recommend returning for store credit so you can order exactly what you need.
(Made-to-order pieces with custom measurements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.)
Additional exchanges after that are subject to a $35 CAD shipping fee.
Return Shipping
For refunds:
- Request a prepaid return label (deduct $35 from your refund), or
- Use your own trackable shipping method at your own cost
For store credit:
- Request a prepaid return label at no cost, we'll waive the fee.
Items must ship back within 10 days of receiving approval. After 10 days, the return becomes final sale.
USA
Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Exchanges (Temporarily Paused)
Due to ongoing tariff complexities, we've temporarily suspended prepaid exchange labels for US customers. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
You're welcome to return for store credit or refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping

International (Outside Canada & USA)
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
We issue store credit for approved international returns (refunds in rare cases, at our discretion).
Exchanges
We don't currently offer international exchanges. We're working on it.
Return Shipping
You're responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping. We are working on a prepaid shipping option, we appreciate your patience.
Items must ship back within 10 days of receiving approval. After 10 days, the return becomes final sale.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order items can't be canceled once your order is placed, production starts right away.
Standard sizes (XXXS–7X): Can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless purchased during a sale or marked final sale.
Custom measurements: If you choose Custom and provide your specific measurements, your piece is final sale. It's made exactly to your body and can't be returned or exchanged.
Please measure carefully, we recommend reviewing our size chart before ordering.
Final Sale
These items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased at a discount greater than 15%
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Earrings, intimate apparel, and fragrances
- Made-to-order pieces with custom measurements
- Orders not shipped back within 10 days of receiving return approval
- Orders returned without authorization
Shipping & Duties
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
For USA and International customers: We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are prepaid at checkout. You won't be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Note: These duties and tariff fees are non-refundable.
Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
If your package goes missing, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier but we can't guarantee compensation or replacement.
How Refunds Work
Returns are inspected when they arrive. If approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to determine return eligibility and condition.
