We ship using a variety of carriers including UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, USPS, APC, PostNL, and others.
Duties, Tariffs & Taxes:
U.S. Buyers:
Currently, U.S. buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees applied by U.S. border services upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.
We understand how frustrating surprise fees can be and we’re actively exploring ways to offer fully DDP shipping to the U.S. in the near future to simplify your experience.
International Buyers (Outside of Canada):
To make international orders seamless, all shipping options at checkout include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means duties, taxes, VAT, and tariffs are calculated and prepaid at checkout, and included in your order total.
These charges will appear clearly under “Duties and Taxes”, ensuring no surprise fees upon delivery.
Please note that in rare cases, additional import fees (like local brokerage or handling charges) may still apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Shipping:
Canada & USA:

We offer pre-paid return labels for a flat $35 fee, deducted from your refund or store credit.

Your first exchange label is free; additional exchanges are subject to the same $35 fee.

You may also return items using your own tracked courier if you prefer.
Worldwide:

We currently do not offer pre-paid return labels outside of Canada and the U.S.

International customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping and provide tracking information.

Any duties or fees incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Shipping Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Insurance options are available in the cart, or by searching "shipping insurance" on our site.
Once shipped, packages become the responsibility of the courier. While Ivory Sheep is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, we will gladly assist with claims and investigations. Please email info@ivorysheep.com if you need help.

In the event of a missing package, we will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier, but cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.
