Shipping Policy

Subject to the Ivory Sheep Terms of Service.

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends, holidays, and made-to-order items). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Canada

Standard (4-8 business days): $20 CAD
Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and discounts)

UPS Express (1-2 business days): $75 CAD

USA

Standard (4-8 business days): $25 USD
Free shipping on orders over $350 USD (before taxes and discounts)

Express (1-2 business days): $100 USD

 

International (Outside Canada & USA) 

Standard (8-16 business days): $45 USD
Free shipping on orders over $350 USD (before taxes and discounts)

Express (1-2 business days): $175 USD

 

We ship using a variety of carriers, including UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, USPS, APC, and PostNL.

Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

All Ivory Sheep orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, and tariffs are included in your product price and paid in advance. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. No surprise fees upon delivery.

This applies to:

• United States orders
• International orders outside of Canada

We've chosen this approach to make the checkout smooth and transparent, especially for international customers who want one all-inclusive price.

Rare exception: In some cases, local courier or handling fees may be applied by the destination country or carrier. These fees are beyond our control and, if they happen, are the customer's responsibility. This is uncommon, and most orders arrive without additional charges.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Insurance options are available in your cart or by searching "shipping insurance" on our site.

Once shipped, packages become the responsibility of the courier. Ivory Sheep is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, but we'll gladly help with claims and investigations. Email info@ivorysheep.com if you need assistance.
