If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 7 days from the time of delivery to request a full refund to your original payment method or request an exchange. How long will it take to get my order?

All orders (not including pre-orders or made to order items) will be fulfilled within 48hours or less. (excluding holidays and weekends)
Pre-order and made to order items take longer and in certain cases time frames are out of our control. They can be delayed due to a number of reasons including manufacturing delays, shipping delays, holidays etc.
