- Standard shipping time in North America is 3-5 business days.
- Processing time for orders usually 1-3 business days (excluding pre-orders)
- 7-day return policy on regular priced items. (pre-order items can be returned when you receive the item)
- Your first exchange shipping label is on us. (Thereafter it's a flat charge of $30)
- We offer return shipping labels for a flat rate of $30. (This will be deducted from your refund amount)
